Therapeutic mentoring is relational, active, and practical. It’s designed for young people who need more than a weekly therapy appointment — who need an adult in their corner, in their daily life, helping them build the skills and habits that therapy identifies but daily life demands.

Who it’s for
We work with teens and young adults in the Thornton area who are struggling with failure to launch, anxiety and depression, early recovery, isolation, or the challenge of transitioning to adulthood without a clear sense of direction. Many young adults in Thornton are navigating workforce transitions, family stress, and community disconnection simultaneously. Our mentors bring steady presence, practical support, and genuine relationship to that experience.
How it works
Mentoring happens in real life — on trails, in coffee shops, at the climbing gym, wherever your young adult actually exists. Sessions are structured around meaningful goals: social confidence, daily structure, career direction, emotional regulation, healthy relationships. We match each client with a mentor whose background genuinely fits their situation.
