Mentoring happens in your young adult’s real world: on the Coal Creek trails, at Erie Community Park, on Briggs Street, or wherever their life already is.
Therapeutic mentoring is not therapy — it is the practice side of growth. A trained mentor meets your son or daughter in real life and helps them build confidence, structure, and momentum, week after week.

WHAT WE DO — AND WHO IT’S FOR
Who it’s for
We work with teens and young adults 9 through 29 who are stuck: anxiety, depression, failure to launch, gaming and screens, substance use, or the direction-less stretch after high school or college. Erie families usually come to us when a bright kid is quietly struggling — and local therapists refer to us when clients need more than the weekly hour.
How it works
Mentoring is structured around meaningful goals — confidence, structure, school and work momentum, regulation, relationships — with a mentor matched to your kid’s actual situation. First sessions usually happen within a couple of days of your first call.
