As a mentor, I find that our deepest wisdom comes from our own experience—not just from training or education. My own journey has involved navigating difficulty focusing, social anxiety, chronic illness, digital addiction, and periods of intense overwhelm and stress.
Alongside this personal growth, I worked in sales and sales operations at large technology companies. I understand what it’s like to live and work in high-pressure environments where stress and performance often take priority over well-being.
Through more than 10 years of following my curiosity, I’ve developed a deeper understanding of the larger system these experiences often fall within: stress and the nervous system.
Whether you’re dealing with difficulty focusing, OCD, anxiety, neurodivergence, chronic illness, or simply wanting to feel more grounded, confident, and connected in your body and life, I’d love to support you in building the skills and capacity to thrive.
My mentorship style adapts to the person in front of me. Building a strong relationship is foundational to any successful mentoring dynamic. From there, we will leverage the power of small actions and tiny experiments to create meaningful change.
More recently, I founded the Improvisation Project, which offers classes and workshops at the intersection of improv, mindfulness, and movement.
Outside of work, you’ll find me on the basketball court—playing, coaching, or refereeing—performing improv, dancing, or exploring nature.
