WHAT WE DO — AND WHO IT’S FOR
Who it’s for
We work with teens and young adults in Broomfield who are struggling with anxiety, depression, failure to launch, substance use, or a loss of direction. Broomfield’s blend of suburban stability and high-performance culture can make it especially hard for young people to admit they’re struggling — or to ask for help that looks different from tutoring or therapy. Therapeutic mentoring gives them a relationship with a mentor who has walked through hard things and can be with them in it.
How it works
Mentoring happens in real life — on trails, in coffee shops, at the climbing gym, wherever your young adult actually exists. Sessions are structured around meaningful goals: social confidence, daily structure, career direction, emotional regulation, healthy relationships. We match each client with a mentor whose background genuinely fits their situation.
