Noble Mentors is based in Lafayette, Colorado — about twenty minutes from Longmont — and we work with families across Longmont, Niwot, Frederick, and the northern Front Range. Mentoring happens where your young adult’s life actually happens: on the trails around McIntosh Lake and Union Reservoir, in coffee shops along Main Street, or wherever real conversations come easiest.
Therapeutic mentoring is not therapy, and it is not tutoring. It is a trained mentor alongside your son or daughter in real life — building confidence, structure, and momentum in the places where they actually live it.

WHAT WE DO — AND WHO IT’S FOR
Who it’s for
We work with young people from 9 through 29 who are stuck: anxiety, depression, failure to launch, gaming and screens, substance use, or the drift that can follow high school or college. Longmont families usually find us when they can see their young adult’s potential but cannot get traction on it — and local therapists refer to us when a client needs more than the weekly session.
How it works
Sessions are structured around meaningful goals — social confidence, daily structure, school and career direction, emotional regulation, healthy habits — and matched to a mentor whose background genuinely fits your kid. Most families start with a first session within a couple of days of their first call.
