Mentoring Assessments

Free self-reflection tools

Four assessments to reflect on your life

Noble Mentors mentors use these assessments with mentees to look honestly at where life is right now, who is in it, what matters most, and where it is heading. Each one is free, takes 7 to 20 minutes, and gives you your results on screen and as a PDF report you can share with your mentor.

Each one stands on its own. Start with the one that fits where you are right now.

Getting the most out of them

How to use them

Start anywhere

Each assessment works on its own. If you are not sure where to begin, the 12 Essential Aspects gives the widest view of your life right now.

Take them with a mentor

They work best as the start of a conversation. At the end of each one, you can send a copy of your report to your mentor or counselor.

Use the same email

If you use the same email address each time, each report mentions what the others found, so you can see how the pieces fit together.

Take them again

Your answers will change as your life does. Take each one again in six months; the reports show what has moved since last time.

Questions about the assessments

No. They are self-reflection tools. There are no scores and no right answers; each one shows you what your own answers say and suggests where to start.

No. Take whichever one fits where you are. If you are not sure, start with the 12 Essential Aspects: it gives the widest view of your life right now.

Only you and the Noble Mentors team, plus anyone you choose to send a copy of your report to. Your answers are never sold or shared. Email contact@noblementors.com if you would like them deleted.

Both. Each assessment has a version for 18 and older and a version for 17 and younger, and the 12 Essential Aspects also has a version for parents. If you are under 13, use a parent’s email address for the report.

Goals and habits. With a mentor, the North Star Vision becomes three-month goals, and the goals become small weekly habits. That part is done together, not online.
