Noble Mentors is located in Lafayette, Colorado — thirty minutes from Denver — and we work with young adults and families throughout the Denver metro area. Sessions happen in the real world: city parks, gyms, coffee shops, neighborhoods. Wherever your young adult actually spends time.
Therapeutic mentoring is not therapy. It’s active, relational, and grounded in the real challenges your young adult is facing — social isolation, lack of direction, emotional dysregulation, or the gap between potential and daily function. We work in the field so that growth doesn’t stay trapped in an office.

WHAT WE DO — AND WHO IT’S FOR
Who it’s for
Denver families come to us when their teenager or young adult is struggling in ways that feel beyond what traditional therapy alone can address. We work with young people navigating failure to launch, anxiety and depression, early recovery, social difficulty, and big life transitions — college dropout, job loss, relationship breakdown, or simply being stuck at 22 with no clear path forward. Therapists, psychiatrists, and educational consultants throughout Denver refer to Noble Mentors when their clients need a mentor in the field alongside a clinical team.
How it works
Mentoring happens in real life — on trails, in coffee shops, at the climbing gym, wherever your young adult actually exists. Sessions are structured around meaningful goals: social confidence, daily structure, career direction, emotional regulation, healthy relationships. We match each client with a mentor whose background genuinely fits their situation.
