Some of the most meaningful changes in life happen when we stop numbing and people-pleasing and start listening more deeply to the wisdom of our spirit. That’s the work I love: helping people slow down, reconnect with themselves, and find the courage to live more authentically. I’ve learned it firsthand through my own path of recovery, identity, and personal growth.
My background includes guiding wilderness therapy expeditions for teens and young adults, working in substance use recovery, leading mindfulness meditations, and teaching trauma-informed yoga in studio and recovery spaces. Within all of these, I strive to create an atmosphere where people feel seen, cherished, and safe enough to be curious. I bring a grounded, compassionate approach that makes room for both the practical questions of everyday life and the deeper questions surrounding identity and purpose.
I’m especially passionate about working with young people who are navigating transitions, identity, relationships, recovery, or simply trying to figure out who they are and what feels true for them. As a queer and gender-fluid human, I have felt how powerful it can be to have someone in your corner who understands the process of questioning old scripts and societal expectations, and how these explorations can uncover one’s truest expression.
Outside of mentoring, you’ll usually find me walking or swimming with my dog Auggie, riding my bike, or practicing yoga. I love walking conversations, queer art, spending hours in bookstores, asking questions, and exploring new places.
As your mentor, I’m here to be a curious and encouraging presence — someone who can help you slow down when everything feels overwhelming, develop the courage to be curious about your layers, and take the next steps toward a life that feels like your own.
