Every family comes to Noble Mentors at a different point. In our experience, mentoring works best when it starts with two meetings a week. That pace lets the mentor and mentee build trust quickly and turn early progress into real momentum. Once that momentum is in place, families can step down to weekly hourly mentoring. Noble Mentoring Base Package
This is where we recommend most families begin. Meeting about twice a week gives your child and their mentor enough time together to build trust and turn early wins into habits. Parents get support of their own alongside it.

Your parent-coaching session and joint session are scheduled at the start of each month. The mentor’s time in the joint session is in addition to the 12 mentoring hours.
*If your family would rather not use the parent-coaching sessions, that time can go toward additional mentoring for your child instead.

For families who need more frequent mentoring, more structure, and closer collaboration across their support team.

The joint session is in addition to the 25 mentoring hours. If more than one mentor works with your child, they share the 25 hours. Additional mentors or coverage beyond that are agreed and priced in advance.
Every family’s needs are different. If yours call for something else, we can customize a Wraparound Package with more mentoring hours or additional services where they’re needed.
Investment: $5,000/month
Hourly Mentoring
Once momentum is in place, families can step down to Hourly Mentoring: one 90-minute session a week, with Text & Call Support between sessions so the mentee can still reach their mentor when something comes up. There’s no monthly package commitment, and a monthly family update is available on request.
Typical monthly cost is about $1,275 for one 90-minute session a week plus Text & Call Support. Actual totals vary with the number of sessions in a month.

About Text & Call Support
Text & Call Support keeps the work going between sessions. It covers check-ins, help with follow-through, answers to practical questions, and a way to reach the mentor between sessions when something comes up and support is needed in the moment. It also keeps parents and the support team on the same page. Your mentor will let you know the best way and times to reach them. In the Wraparound Package, this expands to daily accountability.
Text & Call Support isn’t an emergency service. In a crisis, call or text 988, or call 911.
Every Package Includes
- Scheduled family appointments. Parent-coaching and joint sessions are booked ahead each month.
- A six-to-eight-week check-in. We review progress together and decide whether to continue, step down to Hourly Mentoring, or add support.
- Clear costs up front. Travel, mileage, and activity expenses are explained before you begin.
Estimated values use our standard rates: mentoring $150/hour, parent coaching $175/hour. Text & Call Support and care coordination values are estimates. Pricing is subject to change.
