I believe most of us are longing for the same thing. We want to feel connected to ourselves, to our passions, to the people we love, and to something larger than ourselves. I also believe that none of us find our way there alone. We need people who walk a little ahead of us and are willing to share what they’ve learned.

I grew up in church, and from an early age I was surrounded by people who saw something in me and helped me grow into it. Those mentors shaped who I became. I went on to spend years in professional ministry, leading worship, building teams, and caring for communities. It also led me to a career of more than twenty years as a professional musician, where I learned firsthand how songwriting, storytelling, and artistic expression can open hearts and create real connection.

Life has also brought its share of challenges. Recovery from addiction taught me that honesty is the doorway to healing. Divorce and coparenting my teenage son have taught me that families can heal through repair, and that kids flourish when the adults around them keep showing up with love. My faith went through a season of profound questioning and rebuilding, and over time it became more honest, spacious, and personal. And through several life and career transitions, I’ve learned how disorienting it can feel to start over, and how much it matters to have someone in your corner when you do.

In every one of those seasons, I had people in my life who listened, told me the truth, and reminded me who I was. I’m deeply grateful for them, and I believe the best way to honor what they gave me is to pass it on.

Today, I help people build stronger and more meaningful relationships. I serve as the Executive Director of the Colorado Connection Collective, a community where people come together, slow down, listen deeply, and experience the kind of connection that changes how they show up in their relationships and their lives. As a Relational Coach, I teach practical tools for listening deeply, speaking honestly, and staying connected through hard conversations, and I train facilitators, therapists, and coaches to bring this work into their own practices.

As a mentor, I offer what my mentors offered me: deep presence, honesty, and a reminder of what’s already strong and good in you. I’ll meet you where you are and walk with you as you build a life full of meaning, connection, and joy.
