Others need more structure, more accountability, or a higher-touch wraparound plan during a difficult season. The options below are designed to help families choose the level of support that best fits their current needs. We can also help you determine the right starting point during a discovery call.

How to Choose the Right Level of Support

Detailed Breakdown

Standard Weekly Mentoring

This is our standard mentoring structure for families who want consistent support without a monthly package commitment. We work on practical life traction, emotional regulation, identity development, executive functioning, accountability, and the skills needed to move toward healthy independence.

Weekly Mentoring Session

Clients typically begin with a weekly 90-minute session to build consistency and momentum.

Weekly Text + Call Support (Continuity Add-On)

This supports continuity between sessions and covers:

  • Brief text or phone check-ins between sessions to help the client stay on track with goals and accountability
  • Text and phone availability for the mentor between sessions if the client is going through something and needs someone to reach out to — even when no meetings are scheduled
  • Internal case supervision and coordination between the mentor and the case supervisor

This fee helps ensure that clients and families receive consistent support even outside of scheduled sessions.

Family Communication

If desired, we send a monthly update summarizing current focus areas, progress, challenges, and practical next steps.

Rates

  • Mentoring sessions: $125/hour
  • Continuity Support Add-On: $250/month
  • Family coaching with James: $150/hour
  • Care team coordination with James: $150/hour

Typical monthly estimate: ~$1,000/month for one weekly 90-minute session plus continuity support. Actual cost may vary.

MOST COMMON CHOICE

Noble Mentoring Package (Base)

For families who want deeper traction, more structure, and stronger accountability. This is often the best fit for families who know that one session per week is helpful, but not quite enough to create real traction.

Two sessions/week
~12 hours/month for stronger habit formation and real-time coaching.

Continuity Support
Between-session text/call support when emotions run high or conflict arises.

Monthly Family Update
Structured update on progress, current work, and next steps.

Community Access
Two Colorado Connection Collective ↗ group events per month.

Care Coordination
Coordination with other providers included when helpful.

Family Coaching
1 call/month with James included. Additional at $150/hr.

For families in a high-stakes season needing intensive structure, frequent contact, and rapid course-correction.
