I’m a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner and Functional Nutritionist with a passion for walking alongside others in their healing and growth journeys. I support individuals through a whole-person, trauma-informed lens — bringing together nervous system work, parts work, and integrative nutrition to help people reconnect with their inner peace, strength, and essence.

My approach is relational, grounded, and deeply attuned. I believe healing happens in relationship — and that we don’t have to figure things out alone. Whether you’re navigating a transition, feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply longing for a deeper connection to yourself, I bring warmth, presence, and skill to help you move forward with clarity and confidence.

My own path — from navigating deep personal struggles and receiving residential treatment, to starting a business at 23, and exploring multiple countries and cultures — has given me a vast perspective and a compassionate heart. This has led to a centrality of spirituality in my life and a commitment to service. I currently offer individual mentoring, nutritional support, and guidance around circadian, hormonal, and digestive health.

Outside of my work, you’ll likely find me hosting community gatherings with the Colorado Connection Collective, serving ceremonial tea, or discovering new favorite foods. I’m honored to be part of the Noble Mentors community and to support others in reclaiming their wholeness.
