What We Do — and Who It’s For
Noble Mentors was built in Lafayette because this community needed something it didn’t have: therapeutic mentoring that bridges the gap between a weekly therapy appointment and real, daily life. We work with young people who are stuck — dealing with anxiety, depression, failure to launch, substance use recovery, or a lack of direction that therapy alone hasn’t been able to break through. Lafayette families often come to us through therapist referrals, word of mouth, or after years of trying other approaches that didn’t hold.
Mentoring happens in real life — on trails, in coffee shops, at the climbing gym, wherever your young adult actually exists. Sessions are structured around meaningful goals: social confidence, daily structure, career direction, emotional regulation, healthy relationships. We match each client with a mentor whose background genuinely fits their situation.
