Serving Families in Boulder, Colorado
Noble Mentors is based in Lafayette — fifteen minutes from Boulder — and we work with families across Boulder, Louisville, Superior, and the surrounding Front Range. We bring mentoring to where your young adult already lives: on trails along the Flatirons, in coffee shops on Pearl Street, on campus at CU, or wherever real conversations actually happen.
Therapeutic mentoring is different from therapy. It’s not about sitting in an office processing feelings. It’s about building real capacity — confidence, structure, purpose, and the ability to move through life without constant friction. We work alongside young adults in the world they actually inhabit.
What We Do — and Who It’s For
We work with teens and young adults between 14 and 30 who are stuck — struggling with anxiety, depression, failure to launch, substance use, or the loss of direction that can hit after high school or college. Boulder families often come to us when their young adult has the potential but can’t quite close the gap between where they are and where they want to be. Therapists in Boulder regularly refer to Noble Mentors when their clients need something more than a weekly session.
Mentoring happens in real life — on trails, in coffee shops, at the climbing gym, wherever your young adult actually exists. Sessions are structured around meaningful goals: social confidence, daily structure, career direction, emotional regulation, healthy relationships. We match each client with a mentor whose background genuinely fits their situation.
