I’m a habits and mindset coach, lifelong horse girl, and a mindfulness-based transpersonal psychotherapist intern who loves helping teens and young adults turn “I’ll get to it someday” into real momentum and follow-through. For nearly a decade, I’ve coached high-performing entrepreneurs and leaders on productivity, emotional regulation, and behavior change—and now I bring those same tools to young people and families who want more ease, confidence, and joy in everyday life.

I’ve spent 25+ years as a professional equestrian, and when I’m not in the arena you’ll usually find me on the mountain as an avid snowboarder and skier—so I care a lot about flow states, play, and building real confidence in and out of “high-performance” environments. As a psychotherapist intern with Medicine Horse Equine Therapy in Longmont, I blend deep inner work with the grounded, honest feedback horses are so good at giving.

At Noble Mentors, I’m here to be a steady, encouraging ally—someone who can talk goals and calendars one minute and big feelings and meaning-of-life questions the next. Whether you’re navigating school, entrepreneurship, relationships, or just figuring out who you are, my style is warm, real, and a little bit adventurous, with plenty of room for both big growth and a sense of humor along the way.”
