I am the founder of Noble Mentors, where I train and supervise mentors and lead groups and workshops for young adults, families, and practitioners. I have been working with young adults in mentoring, wilderness therapy, residential treatment, and transitional living programs since 2013, and I have spent nearly a decade in private practice in Boulder and Denver.
What began as a search for meaning in my own struggles led me to mentors, teachers, and pivotal experiences that clarified my inner world and revealed mentoring as both a vocation and a way of life. I count nature as one of my greatest teachers—extended time alone in the wilderness taught me stillness and self-reliance. Serving three terms with AmeriCorps instilled in me the necessity of service, while working as an EMT showed me that I thrive in environments of consequence. Over time, I came to see life itself as the teacher—revealing me to myself, replacing my questions with better ones, and demanding growth through lived experience.
I feel deeply grateful to now hold this role. Being a mentor and trainer continually calls me to grow, to live authentically, and to embody the very qualities I hope to nurture in others. This ongoing commitment shapes not only my work but my life.
Today, I bring this orientation into my mentoring and leadership. My approach draws on depth psychology, Jungian archetypes, evolutionary theory, and mindfulness-based practices, woven together with the lessons of my own journey. At Noble Mentors, I am committed to cultivating a community of mentors who live what they teach—embodying authenticity, resilience, and purpose so they can model the same for the clients and families we serve.
