“To be yourself in a world that is constantly trying to make you something else is the greatest accomplishment.”
― Ralph Waldo Emerson

As a mentor, I draw from my own journey of overcoming mental health and substance abuse struggles, paired with my passion for guiding young adults toward their unique goals. With a deep understanding of the complexities individuals face, I know there is no one-size-fits-all approach to personal growth. Instead, I emphasize that the path to success is a creative and courageous process—one that requires patience, determination, and self-compassion. I work with my mentees to identify and embrace their own unique journey of individuation.

Alongside mentorship, I have worked as a Clinical Case Manager in Denver’s community mental health centers, where I collaborated as part of a treatment team to support clients with high-acuity mental health conditions and those caught in cycles of incarceration and homelessness. This experience has deepened my empathy and strengthened my ability to offer personalized, compassionate guidance. I take pride in helping others develop the resilience and tools needed to create lasting change.

In addition to this, I have experience in addiction recovery programs and as an instructor of electronic music production in both private and group settings. I enjoy engaging clients in creative pursuits, believing that artistic expression is a powerful catalyst for personal growth. I also work closely with the families of my mentees, helping them navigate complex family dynamics and fostering healthier communication.

Outside of my professional life, I enjoy camping, fly fishing, hiking, snowboarding, and long boarding. My love for music, films, and music production fuels my passion for helping others discover and express their creative potential. Through mentorship, I aim to empower young adults to embrace their authentic selves and achieve their goals with confidence.
