My journey into wellness started out of necessity. I was navigating Crohn’s disease, social anxiety, chronic pain, and binge eating — basically trying to figure out how to feel at home in my own body. Over time, through a lot of curiosity (and a fair share of trial and error), I discovered tools and practices that helped me not just cope, but actually come alive again.

As a mentor, I love sharing that toolbox. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, chronic illness, or just wanting to feel more grounded, confident, and connected in your body and life. My approach is practical, heart-centered, and sprinkled with humor, because personal growth doesn’t have to feel heavy.

I’ve trained in Breathwork, Hakomi (somatic therapy), Psilocybin and Cannabis Facilitation, Sound Meditation, Nervous System Mastery, Authentic Relating, and even Improv Comedy. I’m also completing Functional Nutrition coursework to support folks managing chronic conditions from the inside out.

Before all this, I worked in Sales and Sales Operations at large tech companies, so I understand what it’s like to live in high-pressure environments where stress and performance often take priority over wellbeing.

My coaching style is rooted in the wisdom of the nervous system. I believe that when we nourish ourselves through community, sunlight, movement, good food, and play, life flows more naturally. We become more creative, more generous, and better equipped to build relationships, careers, and health that actually feel good.

Outside of work, you’ll find me on the basketball court (playing or coaching), performing improv, dancing, or exploring nature.

If you’re looking for support that blends grounded science, soulful connection, and a touch of playfulness, I’d love to support.
