As a coach and mentor, I help people reconnect with who they truly are—beyond the noise of expectations, conditioning, and fear. My work is rooted in lived experience. I know what it’s like to lose yourself trying to become who you think you should be, and what it takes to rebuild from the inside out.
I grew up in a strict Christian household—one filled with love, faith, and structure, but also fear and confusion. For a long time, I believed that being “good” meant suppressing my real feelings. It took years of unlearning and honest self-inquiry to discover that authenticity, not perfection, is what brings us closest to the divine. That journey taught me that spirituality isn’t something handed down—it’s something we uncover within ourselves.
My own turning point came when I walked away from a Chemistry PhD program and a dream that I thought would be the rest of my life. What followed was a season of heartbreak and rediscovery that led me to meditation, journaling, somatic work, and eventually to guiding others through their own transformations. I learned how to listen—to my body, my intuition, and to the quiet voice that knows the way home.
In my approach, I draw from a blend of inner work, mindfulness, and embodied practices like Qi Gong to help clients navigate transitions, heal from emotional wounds, and reclaim their sense of purpose. I believe that growth is not about fixing ourselves—it’s about remembering the wholeness that’s already there. At the heart of everything I do is a simple truth I learned as a child: we all have the power to be a light for one another. My role as a mentor is to help people find that light within themselves—and to trust it enough to live by it.
