I’m originally from bustling New York City, but a few years ago, I followed my heart—and the mountains—to Colorado. I love creative expression in all its forms: writing, reading, and playing music (violin, ukulele, drums, singing—you name it, I’ve dabbled). I studied philosophy and religion in undergrad and am now pursuing a degree in mental health counseling, combining my curiosity about the mind with a desire to support others.
My path has been shaped by personal experience: I’ve navigated mental health struggles, chronic illness, and chronic pain, and through dedication to therapy and self-exploration, I’ve found resilience, healing, and a deeper connection to myself.
These experiences inform how I show up with others—I know what it’s like to face roadblocks, reinvent yourself, and stand at a crossroads unsure of which way to go. I believe the right path exists for everyone, and sometimes all we need is a bit of guidance and some company along the way.
I’m equally at home in deep conversation as I am sitting quietly alongside someone. I can chat for hours about anything under the sun—or simply read a book, work on a project, or share a quiet activity together—offering support through presence rather than words. My approach to mentoring and support is grounded in presence, patience, and curiosity, and I aim to create a space where people can reconnect with their inner strength, creativity, and resilience.
Outside of work, you’ll often find me exploring thrift stores, looking for used records to grow my collection, discovering new coffee shops, attending concerts, reading, or hanging out with friends and my pup. I see life as a journey full of choices, challenges, and opportunities, and I’m grateful to walk alongside others as they explore their options, face obstacles, and take steps toward their own authentic paths.
