“Let go of who you think you’re supposed to be; embrace who you are.” — Brene Brown

My path into mentorship started with my own experiences navigating some really difficult chapters of life. For a long time, I was searching for what would actually help—trying different things, getting it wrong more often than right, and slowly learning what real healing looked like for me. Over time, I realized that the process itself—the trial, the error, the starting over—is where growth really happens. Healing, to me, isn’t about perfection; it’s about allowing yourself to fall down, get back up, and keep showing up with compassion for yourself along the way. That belief shapes everything I do, both personally and professionally.

When I am not mentoring for Noble Mentors, my work as a Senior Behavioral Health Technician is centered around supporting young adults as they navigate mental health issues, systemic barriers, and substance use challenges. I help create a space where clients can feel safe enough to be real—where struggle isn’t something to hide, but something to work through together. I am also responsible for training and mentoring my fellow technicians and collaborating closely with treatment teams to keep care grounded in empathy and respect. My experience with various residential and transitional treatment programs over the last decade has deepened my appreciation for the small, human moments that make real change possible.

Outside of my clinical work, I’ve spent years leading workshops through Natural Highs, a community-driven program focused on mental health, neuroscience, and holistic wellness. I love blending science with creativity and helping people connect with their own capacity to grow. For me, embracing the messy parts of healing—and giving yourself permission to fail, learn, and begin again—is one of the most powerful ways to practice self-love. Whether I’m working with a client, leading a group, or just listening, my goal is always to help people recognize their own resilience and move forward with authenticity and hope.

I like to take care of myself by hitting the gym, making art about my feelings, cooking food for the people I love, or getting lost in a fantasy novel or two.
